For same day or next day bookings a 100% deposit is required to secure the booking. Please send your proof of payment to [email protected]• No shows or cancellations made on the expected day of arrival, or within the duration of the stay, will be liable for 100% of accommodation costs for the days cancelled.• Cancellations made 0 to 7 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 100% of total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.• Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 75% of the deposit paid or 25% of total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked (whichever greater).• Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked (whichever greater).• Cancellations made further in advance than 29+ days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full.PAYMENT OPTIONS• Cash or EFT payments only• No Cheque payments will be accepted.• No Card payment facilities available at this time.
