Upstairs level consists of the following: 3 bedroom house for short term or long term rental. The main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom (bath & shower) with balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with shared bathroom (bath & shower) and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds with shared bathroom (bath & shower).
Downstairs level is open plan with scullery (dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer). The kitchen has a stove, microwave and fridge.
The dining room has table that can seat 6 people and the lounge has a comfortable couch with two wingback chars and satellite TV. The study has a desk and two leather chairs.
The patio is furnished with a BBQ area and a splash pool. The house has a double garage that is remote controlled. The yard is fenced with electric fencing.
