Beaches and Bays Guest Accommodation is a small, modest guesthouse, registered with the City of Cape Town Local Authority and has been in existence since before 2009. We are an active, semi-retired husband and wife team who still enjoy hosting guests and assisting them where possible. We offer clean, comfortable units in a friendly and homely atmosphere and is owner managed.
We offer Accommodation ONLY(tea/coffee making facilities). Breakfast on request – t&c’s apply

There are 3 units on the premises. Each unit is private with their own separate entrances and own shower room facilities.
We offer WI-FI and as well Flat Screen TV’s showing Hotel Bouquet DSTV (selected channels) for in-room viewing – each tv has its own remote
Linen and towels are supplied and the units are serviced.
Complimentary tea/coffee/sugar supplied in all accommodation.
There is a swimming pool with pool fencing around, a covered patio and barbecue/braai facility in a tropical garden setting for our visitors to enjoy.
Cars park on premises behind security fence.

UNIT 1: Family unit. This is a large open plan unit, furnished with queen size bed, lounge/diner and shower facilities/TV, as well as a small children’s bedroom, having 2 twin beds. Private, with own shower facilities, separate entrance and a lock-up, enclosed garden. Sleeps 2 to 4 persons.

UNIT 2: Bachelor unit. This is an open plan unit, furnished with a double bed and a double sleeper couch. There is a TV. Private, with own shower facilities and separate entrance. Sleeps 2 persons.

Unit 3: Garden Rooms/family unit. This is privately situated in the main house and consists of 3 rooms. One is a double bedroom, furnished with a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The 3rd room has the shower facilities and also serves as the TV/dining room. Private with own shower facilities and separate entrance. Sleeps 2 to 4 persons.

We offer:

**swimming pool with lockable gates and security fence surround in a tropical garden setting as well as a braai / barbecue area

**and most importantly – parking on premises behind security gate (each units gets a remote ) parking space for 3 to 4 cars

All units are serviced and have:
• separate entrances
• complimentary bathroom toiletries
• linen and towels are supplied (excl beach towels)
• complimentary tea/coffee tray incl milk and sugar
• microwave oven
• fridge freezer
• crockery/cutlery (**note**items not allowed pots, pans & stove)
• table and chairs inside each unit
• iron and ironing board
• flat screen tv (smaller size) in the rooms (except Unit 3 there is only 1 x tv supplied in tv room
• DSTV/Satellite with selected Hotel bouquet channels (guests get own remote)
• small lockable safes with keys in each unit for storing passports/valuables etc

SPECIAL MENTION: No cooking in rooms: Items not allowed in the units / rooms – stoves / pots pans / toasters – i.e no guests’ personal cooking items to be brought into the units / rooms
