The guesthouse boasts 2 lounges, a large dining room, a kitchen, a small computer station and a beautiful patio complimented by a crystal-clear pool. During your stay with us, we also provide bed & breakfast, under floor heating, internet access and satellite / DSTV/ Netflix. There are 5 Double En-Suite Rooms each equipped with TV’s, hairdryers and fans.
There is garage parking for 4 cars with access straight into the house. Should a garage not be available on arrival one will be allocated to you as soon as one becomes free. Street parking is monitored by security cameras.
If you are travelling for business, Thirty on Grace is in close proximity to UCT and only a 15-minute drive into the city. The guesthouse is also suited to host small conferences or business meetings, and can accommodate up to 12 people under a large covered patio, perfect for serving light lunches and teas. If you are looking to enjoy the company of nature, Thirty on Grace is within walking distance of the beautiful Botanical Gardens of Kirstenbosch. Here, you can visit the conservatory, relax as you picnic on the rolling lawns, enjoy the wondrous views from the Tree Canopy Walk or venture up the Skeleton Gorge or Nursery Ravine hiking trail to the top of Table Mountain.
