The property is arranged on 2 floors, 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and outside balconies located on the 1st floor. The house can comfortably sleep 8 people with 2 per bedroom. The ground floor comprises of open plan kitchen, separate scullery, family room, dining room, lounge, snooker room, guest toilet and inter-leading double garage on remote control. The patio has a built in braai it overlooks the lagoon leading off onto a large extended wooden deck and lap swimming pool. Large jetties allow visitors to bring a boat and moor at the house. Fishing off the private jetty is possible!
The flatlet comprises 1 bedroom that can sleep 2 people, shower in en-suite bathroom and equipped kitchen area with microwave oven and bar fridge.
